Information we collect
The enquiry form requests your name, email, country, enquiry category, product or service details and message. Company, telephone, quantity, specifications, delivery details and attachments are optional. Product photographs, PDF documents and technical drawings you upload become part of the enquiry. Please do not send unnecessary personal information, identity documents, payment card details or sensitive information such as health data. Include other people’s information only when you are authorised and it is necessary for the enquiry. For security, the system records submission time, session information and an abuse-prevention record derived from the IP address. Hosting access and error logs may separately contain IP, browser and request information.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use your information to record and assess the enquiry, contact you, research manufacturers and suppliers, prepare quotations and coordinate custom production or project work. Depending on the request, processing may be necessary for entering into or performing a contract. Applicable legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or protection of rights may also provide grounds for processing. Security and abuse prevention are assessed on the basis of legitimate interests, subject to protection of your fundamental rights. Optional analytics depends on your separate choice. The form acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice; it does not grant unrestricted sharing or advertising permission.
Who may receive information
Authorised administrators can access enquiry records. Hosting and email providers may process information necessary to provide their services. Limited product or project information needed to fulfil a request may be shared with relevant manufacturers, suppliers, technical specialists or project partners. Contact details and documents are assessed according to what the work requires; an enquiry is not automatically distributed to all partners. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities or courts where legally required. Enquiry data is not sold to build advertising lists.
Attachments, retention and security
Enquiries and attachments are stored separately from publicly accessible website pages. Attachments require an administrator login to download and are not attached to notification emails. File type, size and basic content checks are applied; these checks do not certify that files are free from all malicious content. Information is retained for enquiry handling and the relevant business relationship, together with applicable legal retention obligations. Records whose retention basis has ended should be deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Deletion requests are assessed against ongoing contracts, disputes and legal obligations. Hosting and backup records may follow separate retention processes.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Session cookies support secure forms and administration (ACPUBLIC and ACADMIN, the latter only in the administrator area). They are independent of your analytics choice. This website does not load Google Analytics until you accept measurement. If accepted, Google Analytics 4 (G-LELREDRBNK) measures visits, pages, successfully saved enquiries (generate_lead), and clicks on phone, email and WhatsApp links (phone_click, email_click, whatsapp_click). These custom events do not include your name, email, telephone, message, attachments or enquiry reference. Google may process device, browser and network information during connections. Google signals and advertising personalisation signals are disabled. Analytics cookies (_ga and cookies beginning with _ga_) are configured for 180 days and may be renewed by visits. Your preference is kept in browser storage as ac-measurement-v2 for 180 days. A temporary tab-session marker prevents repeated reporting of a successful enquiry. You can change your choice using the measurement preferences button in the footer. Declining does not prevent enquiries.
International services and external links
Use of Google Analytics and international communication services may involve processing on systems outside Türkiye. International transfers of personal data remain subject to applicable legal transfer requirements; an analytics choice alone is not a legal safeguard for every transfer. If you follow WhatsApp, social media, map or other external links, the relevant service’s privacy terms apply. Website click measurement does not track the contents of conversations on those services.
Your rights and requests
Subject to the conditions of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may ask whether personal data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, learn the third parties receiving it in Türkiye or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction when legal conditions are met, ask that these actions be notified to recipients, object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Submit applications to the controller using the methods prescribed by applicable law. The email below is available for questions and application-procedure enquiries; identity or authority verification may be required depending on the request. Do not include passwords, identity documents or sensitive information in your initial message.
