Defining your production requirement
Drawings, dimensions, materials, intended function and quantity form the starting point. If technical drawings are not yet available, you can share an existing sample description and explain the intended use. Any specialist work needed to create a production-ready specification is defined separately.
Manufacturer, sample and quotation discussions
We research suitable manufacturing options and discuss whether a sample, prototype or tooling is needed. The cost, timing and approval stages of these activities are clarified separately from a volume production order.
Agreeing the scope before production
Materials, dimensions, acceptance criteria, quantity, packaging, delivery scope and schedule should be turned into an agreed work scope. Production follow-up, technical inspection and shipment coordination responsibilities are determined for each engagement.
A model open to different sectors
We assess enquiries ranging from agricultural equipment and industrial parts to packaging and other commercial products. Manufacturability and specific technical outcomes are established through discussions with the manufacturer and relevant specialists.
