Defining the project and relevant participants
We clarify the purpose, expected outcome, countries involved and expertise required. Potential cooperation partners and discussion needs are considered. Where partners are already involved, their responsibilities and expectations form part of the work plan.
Coordinating discussions and follow-up
Meeting agendas, information requests, decisions and responsible parties may be followed up. We clarify who needs to provide which information and when. Reporting arrangements and the frequency of follow-up are defined for the engagement.
Early-stage energy and technology projects
The scope may include assessing energy efficiency or technology ideas, discussions with suitable technical specialists and preparation for pilot work. Technical performance and energy savings are established through project-specific measurement and specialist assessment.
Local development and cooperation across sectors
We consider cooperation ideas in production, trade, local development and other sectors. Feasibility, participant contributions and the need for specialist services are addressed at the initial assessment stage. Institutional decisions or official approvals are not guaranteed.
