A shared basis for buyer and manufacturer discussions

Product specifications, quantity, target dates and delivery expectations are clarified first. We follow up on offers and questions, bring unresolved points together and support discussions towards an agreed commercial scope.

Order and delivery preparation

Production timing, packaging, readiness for shipment and delivery responsibilities are discussed. The parties responsible for transport and specialist procedures are agreed separately. This service description is not a freight quotation or a guarantee of delivery to every destination.

Enquiries from manufacturers

Manufacturers can share their product range, capacity, available documentation and target markets. We assess cooperation options and coordinate the preparation of information needed for buyer discussions.

Product and market assessment

Agriculture, tyres, energy, construction and food are examples rather than limits. Enquiries in other sectors are welcome. The product and destination market are considered together, and the scope is defined for each engagement.

Are freight and customs services included?

Service items and responsible parties are specified separately at quotation stage. Procedures requiring specialist providers are considered with the relevant organisations.

Yes. Send your supplier and quotation details, and explain which stages require coordination.
